Kin Kin Chili Pan Mee

Yeah, it is the famous Kin Kin Chili Pan Mee!!
Many bloggers had actually blog about this but I still want to blog it again.

This is one of my favorite place to have Pan Mee.
Sometimes we will take the monorail from our office to come here for our lunch. Yummy.

This place is always crowded with people.
Some said that the Pan Mee is overrated but for me, for that kind of quality, it worth to wait for it. = )

Few weeks back, me and xtine finally found the way there by driving.

Xtine ordered extra pork ball. Not bad at all.

The soup is nice too. But maybe a lot of MSG.

This is their famous chili flakes. You can add as many as you want in to your pan mee.
Warn you first, it is very spicy.

But you cannot take it out from the shop. Haha

Seriously is there anyone try to stole the chili ?

And this is the pan mee that we had been waiting for.
The egg will give the noodle an overall smooth and perfect texture.

It look plain.
Of course, you haven’t add the chili.

This is how it look after the red hot chili flakes is added.

And the pan mee come with a bowl of free soup, just for you in case you cannot take the spiciness. = )

This Kin Kin Chili Pan Mee is now become xtine favorite already.
She said YUMMY!!!

My Trip to Lamma Island

As promised, I’m going to share my experience to Lamma Island in HongKong.
Lamma Island is located to the southwest of Hong Kong Island. It is 13.55 square kilometers and an estimated population of 6,000 people.

First of all, I need to take ferry from Kowloon to Central.
It is just a normal ferry like the one we have in Penang.

The water is so blue, nothing near to our Malaysia “Teh Tarik” color sea.
And now it is windy season, so the wave and wind were quite strong as well. Feel nice and cool.

And the trip took only around 10-15 minutes + cheap too. If not mistaken, it is HKD 2.70

Once I reach at the Central Pier, on my way to the Pier No. 4, I saw this group of youngster singing Christian songs at the pier. = )

This is pier number 4, where we can take fast boat to Lamma Island.
There are 2 part of Lamma Island that we can go from here. Yung Shue Wan and Sok Kwu Wan. I choose to go Yung Shue Wan because the next ferry to go there is already ready to board. ^_^

Here we go.. Bye Bye HongKong Island.

This is part of Lamma Island. Look so greenish.

Reach there after around 35 minutes. This walk way look so familiar.
We can see this in Hong Kong TVB series. hehe.

My first target is to go to Hung Shing Yeh beach.
The villager told me that it would take up to 30 minutes walk. Ok. I go for it

I took this photo so that I wouldn’t get lost when I coming back. Hehe

And this is the path to the beach.

I stop half way because of the good smell come from this stall. Selling nice beef satay.. Yummy

The satay size is huge and taste good as well.

After filing my stomach, I continue my journey to the beach.

Huh, so TIRED.

Not because of walking, but because writing such a long post today…
Ok, cut the story short, I reach at the beach. Haha

Surprisingly, it was so crowded. The beach is so small but full of people.

I like the waves so much.. feel like jumping in but doesn’t bring any spare clothes. = (

So end up, I just sit on the rock to enjoy the winds and nice view.
As time is not early already, I quickly snap some photo and start walking back to the pier.

And on my way back, something distract me. It is the famous Ah Po Tofu Fah (???).
There is actually an old lady selling the Tofu Fah.

It is nice. I like it. Very smooth and not too sweet.

Then I continue to walk back. Sky is getting dark.

While waiting for the next ferry, I decided to try the seafood here. The nearest one is the Sampan Seafood Restaurant.

I choose a nice seat facing the sea to enjoy the nice view and meal.

All the seafood here is fresh taken out from the tanks.
I ordered 2 huge fried mantis prawns… cost me HKD 200++. Crap

Beside that, I ordered clam too. If not mistaken around HKD 50.

After finish my dinner, the ferry reach too and even that it is quite expensive but at least I’m happy with it.
Bye Bye Lamma Island..
