Emm.. I better stay away from all these,, i prefer 100% meat without bones or any internal organ…. yucks… Prefer Ipoh Nga Choy Gai over this

errh … i’ll 100% be lost there, no map huh? hahaha … *kidding*
usually hainanese chicken here (SG) looks a little bloody on the bones, this is a sign that it’s properly cooked.
the chilli sauce looks kinda dark or you have put alot of dark soya sauce?
don’t understand why they don’t serve soup as they should have a big pot after cooking those chicken.

btw, may i know how much is the serving? thanks!
